Thanks for shopping at Sol Organics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

• Unused items in original packaging: full refund to your original payment method.

• Washed or used items: accepted within 30 days, minus a $9.99 processing fee.

• Exchanges are free.

• For refunds, the customer pays return shipping. If you use our prepaid label, its cost is deducted from your refund.

• Sheet and bedding sets must be returned complete unless an item is defective. Email info@solorganix.com about defects.

• Not eligible: final-sale items, gift cards, custom products, gifts with purchase, international orders.

• Refunds are issued after inspection, usually within 1–3 weeks of receipt.
