We stand behind the integrity of our merchandise, and if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase date for an even exchange or a full refund. Exchanges are always free, and returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Sheets and Bedding Sets are not eligible for partial returns, unless there is a defect in one of the items in the set—in which case, please contact us right away so we can rectify this situation for you. Please note that returns of washed or used products will be subject to a $9.99 processing fee upon return.

All returns and exchanges are final. All returns are processed within 1-3 weeks from the date of receipt. SOL Organics will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns. We recommend tracking on all returned or exchanged orders for your benefit and protection.
